Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept cancellations of orders before the product has been shipped or produced. In this case, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation is no longer possible once the product has been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process the return. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

Customers will only be charged shipping costs once (this also applies to returns); there is no restocking fee for returning a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it can take some time for the refund to be officially processed. After that, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
