Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase ("Terms of Purchase") govern your purchases of products and services available through us (the "Company Sites" or the "Sites"). Your use of the Company Sites and these terms are also subject to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

By purchasing or using products or services through the Company Sites, you agree to these Terms of Purchase, including, but not limited to, the arbitration agreement described below and the class action waiver in the dispute resolution section.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable Laws regarding your purchase, including all relevant provisions in the jurisdiction to which the products are delivered. Order Processing:

If a product or service is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item in accordance with the provisions set forth in these Terms of Purchase.

If a product or service is incorrectly priced due to an error, the Company may, at its sole discretion, choose not to process or to cancel the order and will notify you by email. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to correct errors in the stated pricing.

Availability of Products and Services:

The Company Sites may contain information regarding the availability of products. This information serves only as an estimate of the anticipated shipping time after receipt of the order. However, the Company cannot guarantee that items marked as "in stock" will be shipped immediately, as inventory levels can change daily. Should an ordered product no longer be available, the Company will inform you by email and remove the product from the order.

Additional Disclaimers and Obligations:

Products and services purchased through the Company Sites: (a) may not include manufacturer warranties, (b) may be delivered without service or support options, (c) may not include product manuals in your language, (d) may not be manufactured according to the standards of your jurisdiction, and (e) may not comply with the electrical requirements of your country. Taxes:

You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the jurisdiction to which the products are delivered, including, but not limited to, sales tax, VAT, or customs duties.
